Hydroxylamine hydrochloride(Cas 5470-11-1) Usage and Factory

Hydroxylamine hydrochloride is an organic molecular entity. A colorless inorganic compound (HONH2) used in organic synthesis and as a reducing agent, due to its ability to donate nitric oxide. Hydroxylamine•HCl is a reducing agent that is routinely used for the deacetylation of SATA to form free sulfhydryls, for cleavage of protein cross-linkers that contain carbonyl groups (i.e. EGS) and for mutagenesis of plasmid DNA. Hydroxylamine hydrochloride and hydroxylammonium chloride are two different names for the same chemical compound, represented by the formula NH₂OH·HCl. The compound consists of hydroxylamine (NH₂OH) combined with hydrochloric acid (HCl). Orchid Chemical Supplies Ltd was established in 2009.After more than 15 years of business accumulation, we have established good business relationships with over 25500 major factories in China, can quickly and efficiently connect with high-quality and reliable manufacturers. We distrubitor hydroxylamine hydrochloride and hydroxylamine sulfate.

Transamidation of Primary Amides with Amines Using Hydroxylamine Hydrochloride as an Inorganic Catalyst

C. Liana Allen, Benjamin N. Atkinson, Jonathan M. J. Williams

Angewandte Chemie International Edition > 51 > 6 > 1383 - 1386

A method for the transamidation of primary amides with primary or secondary amines provides access to secondary and tertiary amides, by utilizing catalytic quantities of hydroxylamine hydrochloride to activate the chemically robust primary amide group (see scheme). A mechanism of primary amide activation through a hydrogen‐bonding complex is proposed.

A New Method for Fast Preparation of Highly Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) Active Silver Colloids at Room Temperature by Reduction of Silver Nitrate with Hydroxylamine Hydrochloride

Nicolae LeopoldBernhard Lendl*

, J. Phys. Chem. B 2003, 107, 24, 5723–5727

Reduction of silver nitrate with hydroxylamine hydrochloride at alkaline pH and at room temperature yields highly sensitive SERS colloids within a short time. Changing the mixing order and rate of the two involved solutions, silver nitrate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride containing sodium hydroxide, one can control the size and dispersion of the produced colloids.
